As day three of hearings to determine Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation to the Supreme Court comes to a close, we are left with confirmation of what we’ve known all along – that our rights are on the line. For LGBTQ and non-binary people, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), young people, and anyone who can become pregnant and may seek abortion, an anti-choice Supreme Court is life threatening.
